Pointless Forum
what is the point of this forum if the answer is always to log the bug directly? I ask because I have reported the bug with using nest ball/ultra ball on the iPhone where the Pokemon you can select appear under the screen and are therefore unable to be selected multiple times and its existed in game for more than 6 months without being addressed. This game is just so bad at least on handheld that it’s unplayable. I lose more matches to glitches and bugs than actually players.

Yes, this mods only do forum moderation, they will always tell people to create a support tickets because they either have no knoledge about the game or/and their job it's just to simply moderate.
But the forum is still useful giving that people in the community help each other... and they also make announcements about updates, set releases in games and stuff like that.
