Unplayable at login? Error 10005

I've been playing Live without a problem but, 2 days ago, it suddenly became unplayable.
Whenever I start the app on the laptop, it gets stuck on "Collecting Local Assets 5/37" until Error 10005 appears. After clicking ok, it gets in a loop of getting stuck and showing the error.
I decided to download the mobile app but, to my surprise, the exact same problem occured.
What is error 10005 and what can be done about it? It has been like this for 2 days.
