Stuck in attack animation

I’ve experienced this problem twice today and under the same circumstances. I was playing my Vikavolt/Drapion deck, when I used Drapion Vstar’s ability to paralyze and poison my opponent. I immediately followed with Vikavolt’s attack and it never concluded the attack animation. I could still use my avatar’s expressions and look at any cards in my hand or in play but the timers disappeared and after waiting 5 minutes I conceded both matches.
