Why i cant kick opponent's ace spec Neutralization zone with my normal stadium (i had pokemon league headquarters)?

Your opponent probably had Copperajah SFA 46 Pokemon in the active spot, usually that new deck has both Neutralization Zone and Copperajah because its ability Massive Body says "As long as this Pokémon is in the Active Spot, your opponent can’t play any Stadium cards from their hand.". So you can't use your stadium, unless you KO that Pokemon or remove it from active spot.

But you can still remove your opponent stadium in other ways, like using Lost Vacuum, Lugia VStar attack, etc.
