Hello I think there is a bug on Iron Thorns ability, you see I have an active "IT" against a Lugia V-Star Deck how come it can use its V-Star ability considering V has Rule Boxes.

If you are an Official do review my match. It didnt have any Cancelling Cologne.

Did they have Flutter Mane in the active?

yeah there are Lugia VStar decks that include Flutter Mane, as long as it is in the Active Spot, your opponent’s Active Pokémon has no Abilities, except for Midnight Fluttering. Therefore your opponent can use Lugia VStar ability from the bench bro

there is definitely a bug with thorns. Slightly different type of situation but when against quad thorns deck I've been able to use both star chronos and star requiem on multiple turns (separate games)

Should iron thorns shut down charizards ability an stop him from gaining energy? It didnt stop it in few matches i played. But i thought it should have unless im mistaken.

Those are vstar attacks and not vstar abilities. Iron thorns would not stop those. The same way path to the Peak didn't stop them before
