Cancelling Cologne does not affect Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon
Opponent had Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon, and used Cancelling Cologne. At my turn, I switched into my Teal Mask Ogerpon and should have been able to attack it for KO damage but it said the damage was 0, despite Cancelling Cologne clearly stating it rids my active of all abilities, meaning I 100% should be able to damage Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon. This cost me the game.

Either you mistype or you are confused… if your opponent used Cancelling Cologne during their turn your active Pokemon has no abilities (during their turn), but as soon as their turn ends the card effect it's gone.
Also you said "…damage was 0, despite Cancelling Cologne clearly stating it rids my active of all abilities…" that's not what the card says (unless you are talking about your opponent perspective if they played Cancelling Cologne during their turn your active has no abilities).
So if you want to disable your opponent active Pokemon abilities you are the one that has to use Cancelling Cologne and then attack during that same turn.
