Cards and effects not working

Grapploct slow-acting syncope is not working. Takes initial damage off but then effect of attack does not work at the end of the opponents next turn.

Also switch cart is not working. Won't allow you to bring the card into play.

Slow-Acting Syncope atack effect is placed on the defending Pokemon at the moment of the atack, so it can be cleared when the opponent Pokemon moves to the bench. They can use a Switch, etc. or just retreat and the effect is gone.

And the Switch Cart only works with Basic Pokemon.

*also if the opponent evolve the active Pokemon the atack effect is removed, because the evolution it's considered a different Pokemon.
