Cards and effects not working

Grapploct slow-acting syncope is not working. Takes initial damage off but then effect of attack does not work at the end of the opponents next turn.

Also switch cart is not working. Won't allow you to bring the card into play.

Slow-Acting Syncope atack effect is placed on the defending Pokemon at the moment of the atack, so it can be cleared when the opponent Pokemon moves to the bench. They can use a Switch, etc. or just retreat and the effect is gone.

And the Switch Cart only works with Basic Pokemon.

*also if the opponent evolve the active Pokemon the atack effect is removed, because the evolution it's considered a different Pokemon.

La carta falla, no deberia dejar de funcionar al momento de que el Pokémon enemigo evolucione y además sin ese ese efecto literal la carta no sirve de nada...debe si o si funcionar al momento de una evolución enemiga, solo deja de funcionar el efecto cuando cambian al Pokémon rival pero mientras tanto cualquier evolución o lo que sea, debe si o si funcionar el efecto del primer ataque
