Why can I redeem some items but not others?

I scanned 5 different cards for redeeming. All went through and said I redeemed them. When I reopened the app only one worked. I have a Scarlet and Violet Temporal Forces, Houndoom ex Battle Deck, Melmetal ex Battle Deck, Grafaiai ex Box, and an Enhanced 2-pack Blister: Snorlax, Morpeko, Applin. Only the first Scarlet and Violet pack I was actually able to redeem and see in my game. All other said they were redeemed but I received nothing.

    After redeem in the web site the packs show up when you open the app... other stuff like boxs, coins, etc. goes directly to you account, if you check the deck builder you will see the stuff there.

    Although I let you know that I have experienced some redeem bugs and haven't recived the stuff I was suposed to... but they fixed it when I opened a ticket in their support page, if that is your case (the stuff it's not in your the deck builder) I sugest you do the same so they look it up.
