Inputting Codes works 50% of the time

I buy 20 packs and only 8-10 of them work. What's the deal?

dunno, when I scan a code, I don’t get the cards I got in the physical pack. Instead, I just get a pack of random Pokémon cards from that expansion.

@ShortingTrends does it display any warning message upon redeem? how trustful is the place you bought them from?

@PokemiiAC that has been discussed several times… it's just how the game works, the booster packs will always give you random cards (from a given set) in-game.

so it’s a coincidence that I got a full art Cassiopeia irl then the same full art Cassiopeia in game when I scanned the code?
