When will lazy Devs actually fix the horrible Match making?

- The Devs will claim its fine just not to fix it.
In masters ranked matches you still get TON of new people who don't know what they are doing because you are matched with pretty much randoms... it's not based of skill or other factors meaning the system is broken.
