Defiance Band bug

Was just in a match and it seems that defiance band isn't working as it's written, and is just giving 30 extra damage no matter what.
You're supposed to have more prize cards then your opponent.

Are you sure the opponent didn't play a Kieran? Had the same thing where I missed the card being played and they had a defiance band equipped but after checking the log it showed the kieran

No that wasn't used, maybe it was just a glitch or a bug. IDK anymore.
