I was Corviknight rank at 400 and it set me to bulbsaur at 150 for no reason

    That's exactly where Corviknight tier resets to. There are diagrams in the web where you can check to where you go back after the ladder resets.

    the ladder reset today, everyone went down a league as a result, this happens monthly
