Bug - when attaking Ogerpon Cornerstone with Kyogre Dynamic wave no damage shown

During today I am playing several games and on many occasions it was buggy.
- I had various games where the game after playing a card was freezed
- In another game I attack an Ogerpon Cornerstone on the bench with Kyogre Dynamic wave and the Ogerpon was preserved from damage. Kyogre has no ability.
Please repair bugs

Why is that 2nd point a bug?
Cornerstone Ogerpon ex is a Tera Pokémon it can't be damaged by atacks if it's on the bench... you wanted Kyogre to break the rules?
