Bug - Game Froze, Timer Ran Out, Game Has Not Ended

On my opponent's turn, the game seemed to have frozen and they were unable to complete their turn. The game never switched it back to my turn, so I decided to wait the entire length of the match (I refuse to concede), but now that match time is up, it still hasn't ended the match.

According to my timer, this must've happened on maybe the 2nd or 3rd turn as my timer still shows a clock of 24:21.

I'm not sure what all my opponent has in their deck as all I can see is a Genesect V and Mew V on their side of the field. Attached screenshot of what I'm seeing. Removed my opponent's screenname for their anonymity.
