Game ruining bug(literally)

My opponent was mid turn and then it said they were reconnecting. After a minute or two their cards shuffled into their deck. After another minute mine then did two. After a minute or two they were then dealt their hand and their Pokémon came back on the board but I was left with an empty board, an empty hand, and a 60 card deck. My opponent could still play cards but there were no Pokémon for them to attack. I decided to take the L and concede instead of making us wait out it out. Lost me 35-40 points and I was so close to Ho-Oh rank which I was quite proud of because I just started playing last week. I have screenshots but couldn’t figure how to attach.
