Game soft-locking after playing Professor Sada's Vitality

Here is a screenshot of how the game got soft-locked after playing Professor Sada's Vitality and attaching 1 fighting energy to each Raging Bolt EX. The game state would not advance preventing me from playing other cards or even drawing the cards with the effect of my supporter. The timer would appear and skip my turn but I couldn't see what my opponent was playing or when my turn would come back up as nothing on the board would move. The only way I could find to resolve this issue was to concede and lose some ranked points.
