Luminous Energy and Cinccino

I'm curious if this is a bug or not -

I was facing a Cinccino that had one Mist Energy and one Luminous Energy attached. My Pokémon had 80hp remaining; they attacked with Cinccino's Special Roll and dealt 140 damage.

Luminous Energy states that "If the Pokémon this card is attached to has any other Special Energy attached, this card provides (one colorless energy) instead." Seeing as it had another special energy attached, should the Luminous Energy be null as a special energy and the attack only deal 70 damage ?

    No because it's still a special energy card attached, it just stops giving the multiple color energy effect but still leaves one colorless
