Based to my experience the devs are really keen on balancing new and old pokemons if necessary

As a speedhead I find Ceruledge quite slow and I have been able to easily avoid those just by turning to other way

Anyhow I do think that with weakness policy and drain crown plus rapid fire scarf and ATK increasing emblems it heals real quick so I expect it to be balanced but it is not that much OP as any other AAA Pokemon

I bought it today and my first impression is quite meh although it felt great in practice area...

I'm going to try out a movement speed increasing Emblems to see if I can manage to make other use of it than defender.

But hey at least I paid only 575 gems for that.
