Why I couldn't use Cram-o-matic with Choice Belt ( even when Choice Belt is an item ).

Please help me ! Thank you.

"Choice Belt" it's a Tool. Tool cards are no longer considered Item cards. They are simply their own “Tool” subcategory.

This means a Trainer card has four subcategories: Items (blue), Supporters (orange), Stadiums (green), and Tools (purple).

So "Cram-o-Matic" can be used only if you discard another Item card from your hand... not a Tool.

Please don't tell me you used an older print of Choice Belt specifically because it says "item" on it and you thought it would still count.
