Froslass ability hitting pokemon without ability's

Just played someone playing incinaroar ex and they used the Torracat form Silver tempest without an ability and my froslass ability proc went of hitting it for 30 damage since i had 3 and i ended up winning with it but that was kind of dirty.

I have encountered this, too, when using Torracat and Froslass both in my deck. I think it’s an issue with Torracat

If you use torracat and go to use it's first move, it's also listed as an ability on the selection screen, probably the source of the issue
