Opponent played ultra ball but I got to search

Some how my opponent played ultra ball but I got to search for a pokemon. During their turn they drew, played nest ball, then played ultra ball. They had festival lead dipplin active and I had radiant charizad.

Um… This is new. I don't think we've ever seen a bug like this. Nothing in play should've caused this to happen, if I am correct there is no effect active in the TCG that lets your opponent search when you play a card… Did you happen to see how the battle log recorded it?
