Coin Flip Phase Stuck - 5/29/24

Hi everyone,

On May 24th, a hotfix was deployed that we believed could temporarily resolve the issue of players getting stuck during the initial coin flip that occurs when a match starts.

After 48 hours, matchmaking numbers vastly improved and returned to levels before this problem was introduced. It has been determined that the fix implemented during the last update addressed the root cause of this issue.

If players are still experiencing this specific issue, please contact our Support Team to provide additional information so our team can investigate further.
