7 Packs Upon Booting Up--Not Staying in Library?

When I accepted the basic battle pass, it took a while to download into my account, and I never was able to open the initial 7 packs. I've had to close and restart several times now because my opponent's games wouldn't load. Each time I log in, I get to open 7 free packs (bug), BUT the cards do not stay in my library (another bug). For example, I opened a full-art Kieran, but it disappeared after a restart. (My crafted cards remain, however.)
