hi, about 13 days ago i came back to pokemon world, i downloaded tcg live and i transferred my old collection (xy-oras) from old pokemon card game to tcg live.
the migration was unsuccessful and I immediately opened a ticket. ticket that has been stuck for 10 days with template replies from an embarrassing moderator.
not being able to rely on an incompetent moderation I therefore ask you if there is a way to transfer my old collection, thanks.

Hi there!
The Support Team informed me that your migration has been successful and shows all your cards have moved to the new game.
While your cards have been migrated, not every set is available for immediate play. You can view these cards in your collection by following this FAQ page's instructions.
