Feedback to TiMi Studios Tencent Games
I hope this post stays up as it is my firsthand experience as both a paying customer and dedicated player since the game's beginning. To the developers, TiMi Studios Tencent Games, and The Pokémon Company, I urge you to confront the shame that should accompany your actions. It's painfully evident that you're in decline, and this decline is not only apparent but disgraceful. Were I in your position, I'd struggle to reconcile my role in tarnishing countless customers' experiences with this game. I would be concerned with legal action. Across many devices and under optimal internet conditions, I've encountered persistent lagging, input delays, processing glitches, crashes, and an array of technical malfunctions. The customer service provided is, unequivocally, the most abysmal I've encountered in my life, across all domains.
Within various communities, players around the globe lament their horrendous encounters with Pokémon Unite. Many suffer from issues such as input delays without even realizing it, thereby compromising countless matches and tournaments. Most of my own matches have been ruined by technical glitches, resulting in losses from positions of significant advantage. It's disgusting, and I feel robbed and cheated. Pokémon Unite shamelessly exploits its player base, well aware of the issues plaguing the game yet opting for perpetual indifference. They understand players' frustrations and have crafted a system wherein customer support is utterly ineffectual.
Recently, while watching Pokémon Unite livestreams on YouTube, I observed a consistent theme: lagging gameplay. It's nothing short of nauseating, particularly considering that some of these streams featured children who were visibly distraught. Pokémon Unite shatters the gaming experience for the children as well—a despicable act for which you should feel profound shame.
Pokemon Unite is a scam. This is my experience.
