My materials are running low but the items are not coming?!

I bought a premium pass for 600 crystals in the game and because it gave a server error, the premium pass did not come even though it took my 600 crystals. Also, at the beginning of the game, he bought an item for the tutorial, but the item did not come and it reduced my money.
I understand that the game is new, but which developer thought that the money was reduced before the item arrived?
