Why Iron Leaves can attack twice?

Iron Leaves just came into the field, beat my charizard and I changed the Iron Leaves from active to standby because it's supposed that he can't attack but surprise! He attacked again. I supposed this should not be like this, but please let me know if It's working as supposed. :)

When a Pokemon moves from the active to the bench, all non-damage effects are removed, this includes Iron Leaves' effect that prevents it from attacking the next turn. The game is working as intended.

Oh yes, that is true. I missed that part. Thank you @Ravenclawed1234 for correcting me. Yes, the game is working as intended.
