Request timer to begin at start of the game

I've run into so many times that it takes my opponent 2-3 minutes choosing the coin flip, choosing who goes first, and choosing their first Pokemon. Then the timer starts. There doesn't seem to be a penalty for this.

I play IRL as well, and I understand those games take longer but you are interacting someone 3 feet from you, but that's not the point on mobile devices.
