Redeemed packs not showing up when I open TCG App

I redeemed 10 Paldean fates card codes today and when I loaded the app, it got kinda glitchy, I started to see the packs show up but then the app crashed. When I reopened the app the packs never showed up. This happened to me a few months ago with some Paradox rift packs too. Is this a normal thing or am I screwed out of the packs I bought?

    I have No Answer but the same question. i had redeemed 49 code cards mostly paldean fates as well and i only opened 15 before it crashed. i can’t find the packs or see any cards i don’t recognize in my collection.

    Just redeemed 10 code cards, only one showed up in the app. Where did the others go? Why are they not in my card list?
