Code cards and packs openings

whenever I do my code cards or unlock packs through the levels. The cards I am getting are not going into my inventory to where I can put them in my deck. For example, obsidian flames booster pack pulled the SR Charizard rare and it’s nowhere to be found along with a couple of other 151 art rares. Is anybody else having this problem and does anybody know how to fix it?

    Click on the regular art and then the Available drop-down below the card.
