on April 22 I had received a 2023 world championship Pokémon deck for my birthday. I went to the app and redeemed my card, but I have not received any of the rewards. I sent an email to Pokémon, but they still have not replied.

it was closed for server maintenance now it is back and you can redeem the codes

also, it may be listed under your expanded decks, as most worlds decks have at least one card that rotates out in the following year.
