Lucky Energy Drawing 4 Cards

I'm still not particularly sure what triggers this bug as it has happened a few times now but when I attack an opponent's Pokemon that has only ONE Lucky Energy attached the opponent will then draw 4 cards. Same happens when my Lucky Energy activates and I'll draw 4. Not sure if it's a specific issue with Lucky Energy or if it's an interaction with Blissey V in some way as it always seems to happen in games where both/either player is playing some variant of Blissey.

It's well known, but the devs have been ignoring it. They probably can't reproduce it in testing. As the matchmaking issue showed, they will ignore an issue they can't reproduce unless it's a massive gameplay issue. I doubt this will ever be fixed, unfortunately.
