This is an actually difficult question.

Maybe a Legendary or rare hard-to-catch Pokémon that can appear as a human capable of speech (or telepathy that looks like speech), so I can both live alone and never be caught, and still interact with the human world once in a while. I'll probably suddenly be brought out of some kind of deep slumber or stop being weak every couple centuries or years because an antagonist wants world domination or destruction or whatever it is next time, just like nearly every region's Legendaries, but it'd be mostly peaceful.

Zeraora. It might sound awkward, but think about it.

Positives: Human-Shaped, super strength, super speed, super agility, electrical power, sick dance moves (Zeraora looks like he can bust a move)

Negatives: Being called a furry, being used to charge people's stuff, weird looks, getting long tail stuck in door, Animal Control, dogs, can't use pools for safety concerns

So, overall, seems like fun!
