When I made it to arceus league I redeemed my rewards and only got coins crystals a d sleeves I was suppose to get the temp forces bundle but it didn't give me it thank goodness I screen recorded it how do I deal with it?

Open a ticket in the support page, and provide them the evidence.
I have used screenshots before, not sure if they allow video files as evidence, doesn't hurt to try.
