Iron Hands not taking 2x weakness

I fought Iron Hands many times but cards from the new set don't seem to apply the 2x from fighting he takes normally. I've mostly hit him with koridon but want to know all the pokemon it's not applying for and how many pokemon are not taking weakness?

Definitely broke my streak due to this technical error.

    which koraidon? If it's the regular one from TEF it's not fighting type, it's dragon.

    Which Koraidon? One is dragon and the other fighting, so one would get the weakness multiplier while the other doesn't.

    I've hit Iron Hands with fighting type and it applies weakness fine. Dragon =/= Fighting
