Yesterday Pokemon Worked Fine, Today It Made Me Play Tutorial and Didnt Have Any Cards/Decks/Etc?

For some reason overnight the Pokemon Trading Card Game Online program didnt pull up my decks, cards, match history, etc and made me play the tutorial again. The computer was powered off. Additionally when I repaired the application it loaded the account but the chat doesnt function and the match making dont work properly.
