Watching someone's match a few days ago: in an Arcanine ex Raging Claws attack, the card stayed floating and the program was unresponsive; about a minute later, a flash of activity — it became clear that the opponent had in this time played a full turn — and suddenly the Arc player's countdown clock shows up with a few seconds left. Timer runs out, and then it's the opponent's turn again.
