[Bug] Game unresponsive after Raging Bolt ex attack

I had Raging Bolt ex with an ancient booster, an electric and fighting energy. My bench has radiant greninja with a fighting energy plus Nacli. I attacked with bellowing thunder removing energy from the greninja and the electric energy from Raging Bolt ex.
My opp has a Roaring moon with ancient booster and dark energy attached.
After selecting energy to remove we never go to damage. The game thinks we are in an open game state and counts down on timer. Both my opponent and I cannot make actions.
