Tulip glitch on PC

After maybe 10 or so games Tulip started to glitch where i would look to take 4 valid cards from the discard into my hand but then the cards remain in this discard pile and play resumes. There seems to be an animation glitch and then it happens. The following turn I drew a second Tulip, tried it again and the same glitch happened causing me to tilt.
