These starters, for me, seem to be the most even. Though from looking at some other posts, i think scorbunny has a good chance.

I dislike the scorbunny line.
I really like sobble but it has terrible evolutions
I'm not really a fan of grookey but its next forms are great. Because of the next forms, Grookey has my vote.

This is hard because I love both Sobble and Scorbunny equally. I choose Sobble though since Scorbunny is more popular.

I like Scorbunny itself, but the evolutions are awful. I hate the other starters in their entirety, so I guess my vote is for Scorbunny.
Gen VI and gen VIII are easily the worst batch of starters.
