Why do you have to vote to surrender a SOLO challenge?

Title says it. Trying to figure out where the majority rules is in a SOLO VOTE TO SURRENDER. If I want to leave, I want to leave. That's all.

    Because if to leave it you have to surrender or play till the match ends and surrendering or you could leave the game in the last stretch and wait for two minutes and it is not counted in your battle records. Btw surrendering is not an option because your teammates in the solo challenge are bots and bots can’t surrender.

    @kcp9514 You cant surrender a solo challenge, but you can leave as soon as the game starts if you get a bad team or the game just didnt work out in your favor. (you don't get punished for leaving bot matches; It just treats the match as if it never existed in the first place)
