Personally Unova starters are my least favourite, but Oshawatt has always stood out a little.

    All of them are some of the best starters ever, but Oshawott just barely wins against Tepig and Snivy.

    Oshawott is nice, but I don't like any of these starters, really.

    tepig because of the last form but very close second would be snivy
