Pokémon TCG Live freeze and disconnect
There has been MANY times where the game freezes and disconnects once trying to restart the match. Once this happens it issues a lost. There has to a fix for this. Whether or not it's finding and fixing the bug or allowing players to reconnect to the game. This happened right as I was about to WIN in my most recent match. Completely frustrating.

This happens to me all the time whenever I switch to a different app on my phone. It did it on my S22 Ultra and now on my S25 Ultra. I assumed it was because my older phone couldn't handle it, but it does it now. Some people can take 2,3 mins to take a turn so I do other things in the meantime, only to find out I've disconnected and lost the game. Ridiculous.

Alternatively, you can visit support.pokemon.com, choose Pokémon TCG Live from the list, and click "Contact Us" on the right side of your screen. From there, you can submit a ticket.
