There is also the possibility if goes to your opponent turn they may mess up with your deck, shuffling it, move or even discard cards from it.5 -

Earthen Vessel can't be played when your deck is 0
Drawing 7 last card of my deck with reasearch to pull out giratina and vessel for my regidrago attack's . End up losing because i can't use vessel when my deck is 0.5
