Well I guess this doesn't need to be fixed now. Minimum requirements have been updated, no more windows 7 or 8.

As I said in the message, I've raised several and no-one has helped outside of asking me to turn off my antivirus which made zero difference

All supported OS should be tested with each release, or take it off the supported list. Update the minimum requirements etc. Also this issue isn't just affecting Win7

I follow up on my support ticket about this. was asked to try with antivirus turned off. when i explained that was the first thing they suggested previously and didnt work and gave details about the issue etc they came back with the generic we're looking into email and not heard back again since.

tried that already. less than useful as usual, sent all the info and diagnostics asked for. Told to turn off anti-virus which made zero difference and haven't heard back since. has been broken since the last update nearly 2 weeks ago

bit more info, I deleted the program and then went through the registry editor and removed every instance of pokemon from it. When I loaded the game next after installing, it came up and asks for the language, then goes to a blank white screen when it should ask for login details but doesn't and asks to select language…

Yes it's working correctly. Both of those Pokemon have resistance -30 to fighting so take 30 less damage from fighting pokemon.
