Man, seriously, it's not that hard to fix a bug. It's just a couple of days of work & testing. Don't exaggerate the complexity of programming. I just assume they have pretty bad management and working on some useless stuff.

It happened twice for me today. An opponent is losing and then just stops doing a thing, the game doesn't move on, and I get a -20 rating, perfect. Looks like it's time to throw this game in the bucket.
