Unfortunately, no. The Shiny Charm doesn't affect the Legendary Titans, in addition to the wild Pokémon you find in Motostoke Stadium, the Fossil Chimera Pokémon, scripted encounters, Pokémon found when cooking curry, or Pokémon from Regina.

Yes, I'm fully aware that there's only a 55.2% chance that I'd get a Three-Segment Form so far, but it's gotten to the point that I just want it to be over.

I guess I could rephrase the question. In other words, people who have completed the request without a guide, what were some strategies you found useful for searching for the Wisps?

Just about everywhere, but clearly not quite that. I don't know where exactly I haven't looked, because otherwise, I would obviously look there.

I didn't count that one. I have one left in the Crimson Mirelands, and two left in the Alabaster Icelands, in addition to that one.

One time, during a Mass Outbreak event, there was a Comfey mass outbreak over water, and a lot of the Comfey were swimming, so I came up with: Siphonofey! Another thing I'd like to ask is when is the Shininess rolled? If it gets rerolled each time you enter the raid, I could probably run and retry until it's Shiny.

@UnovanZorua That seems like a great idea! Unfortunately, there are parental controls on my Switch… I can't change the time. I guess I'll just rely on extreme luck. Maybe it'll happen, maybe it won't. We'll just have to find out.
