Excellent. Worked for me too. What a dumb bug!

I would not be denying access to TCG Live. Here's what it says when you try: You will no longer be able to log in to Pokémon Trading Card Game Live with your Pokémon Trainer Club account and may lose any progress in the app.

The error seems to have expanded with the update to 1.9.0. I was previously able to play the game. But now, on iOS and macOS, I get the 10099 error during the start-up.

This is an ongoing problem with iOS and iPadOS. Actually, multiple problems. Game crashing randomly, and often. Devices heating up, to the point of being too hot to hold. Enormous battery drain.

How about making the shop searchable also? It would be nice, for example, to be able to search by artwork name or by the booster pack expansion.

Any chance of a fix to the iOS/iPadOS/macOS heat and battery drain issues? How about the persistent iOS/iPadOS crashing issues?

I've seen the same bug several times with different cards. I suspect it's not specific to any card.

The dev team seems completely disinterested in this. I sent them a bug report, with links to all of the forum posts (including this one), and they only said to restart my device and reinstall the app etc.

I suspect this game is hogging huge amounts of resources, particularly memory. Could also be using an awful lot of swap memory. The issues seem to be worse on older devices that have lower memory built in. Make sure you send bug reports with as much detail as possible.…
