Evolution Ideas
So I had some ideas for evolution.
First, starter evolutions.
What if we had starters that had two different final evolutions, but each one does it differently.
For example, the water type can evolve as usual at level 36 or you can delay it and go to 40, where you get a different evolution. But for the fire, you must use stones. You can use a Fire Stone to get one version that is pure fire or a Dusk Stone, which gets a Fire/Ghost. Lastly for Grass you can level it up to to level 38 or use a specific move a certain amount of times for something else.
Just a thought.
Here's another.
Male and females having different evolutions that also have split evolution.
Let me explain.
You have a male. You use a Dawn Stone and evolve it. OR you can trade it and get something else. However the female can use a Dusk Stone and get a different evolution or give a held item and battle a certain amount of times to get another.
One Pokémon. Four unique evolutions.

Also, I didn't know that pressing idea causes the up-vote thing. I don't see a reason to up-vote this. I just wanted us to share ideas. This is really just a discussion.

Would its type depend on the held item or would it have a set type and only different abilities?

a pokemon that to evolve it you need to run around a region 3 times with it and each new area you need to feed it a berry you have to catch 5 nincada 2 tadbulb 4 carnivine and 1 luvdisc, the. You need to the trade the luvdisc and get a spoink in return, the you must transfer a klang all the way up from gen 5 then afterword you need to catch 2 shiny pokemon and a pokemon with a perfect IV then you need to spin counterclockwise for 10 minutes then you need to get 100 nuggets then you need to save your game and play any Kirby game for 86 minutes then you need to go and rebattle the fifth gym leader then it will evolve if this pokemon faints or you mess up a step then you have to restart
