So I built a Mega Camerupt ex deck.
It didn't work well.
But a good piece of strategy for you is using Volcarona from the Black Bolt White Flare expansions. Its ability makes you discard an energy but burns your opponent's active Pokémon, meaning you can keep Camerupt in the ctive spot and still burn the opponent.
